Shipping is $50 and paid for by the buyer. You MUST sign for the package, make sure to let your driver know you must sign for delivery!

All shipping is in insulated boxes marked Live Animal including the contents. Heat and Cold packs are included at no extra charge when needed.

I cannot be held repsonsible for carrier delays or non deliveries, once a package leaves my hands, it is out of my control.

For a 15 day health guarantee and live arrival guarantee the package must be signed for on the first delivery attempt. I must be notified in email to paulnj@patmedia.net within 4 hours of delivery that there is a DOA.
